Grimmett and Company provides income tax preparation and bookkeeping services to clients in the Las Vegas.  Over the years some of our clients have moved away from Las Vegas and we continue to do their tax work them.  As a result, our client base is now spread throughout the United States and into several foreign countries. 

Tom Grimmett founded the company in 1978 and Alan Marlow became a partner in 1997.  Mr. Grimmett worked for several large corporations, including United States Steel and Texaco before estblishing his own practice.  He was appointed to the position of United States Bankruptcy Trustee in 1986.  Although he continues as a Trustee, he stopped taking cases as of October 2007.  Mr. Marlow is a Chartered Accountant (England) and has held a variety of positions within the resort industry.  Both Mr. Grimmett and Mr. Marlow have served as court appointed Receivers, Examiners, Special Hearing Masters, Business Appraisers, etc.
